Job Description:
- Act as Business & Solution Consultant to sell the company’s digital transformation eCommerce solutions
- Proactively seek out, approach, develop & manage your set of enterprise accounts
- Design and present eCommerce solutions that meet prospective customers’ needs
- Co-ordinate with the necessary resources needed for order closing, including
o Relevant product and service partners to understand their business objectives, requirements and technical contexts for solution design
o Internal technical and solution implementation team during pre-sales
- Plan the necessary customer engagement visits and develop relevant tools (e.g. price proposals, presentations, demonstrations) to develop account relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to understand their needs, both for initial account penetration and for
- Continuous account development to develop ongoing revenue streams via
o Monitor customers’ changing needs to recommend functionality enhancements
Job Requirement:
- University graduate with major in Business Administration, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant years’ experience in B2B/corporate sales
- Excellent customer-facing, communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua a must
- Proactive personality. Strong customer focus. Goals and target oriented.
